Rules worth knowing before you build
- Basic frameInside the parentheses go left cheek, left eye, mouth, right eye, right cheek. Like (๑˃ᴗ˂๑).
- Eyes come in mirrored pairs˃̵ pairs with ˂̵, and ≧ pairs with ≦. Put the original on the left and the mirror on the right. Like (≧▽≦).
- Unpaired eyes go on both sidesEyes like • ◕ ˘ look the same either way, so use one on each side. (◕ᴗ◕)
- Cheeks inside, arms outsideCheeks sit just inside the parentheses, and arms wrap around them. ٩(๑˃ᴗ˂๑)۶
- Decorations come lastPut hearts, stars, or notes after the face. Wrapping both sides breaks the line on narrow screens. (◕ᴗ◕)♡
- Blush goes in the cheek slotFor a shy face, put ⁄ ⁄ or // in the cheek slot. (⁄ ⁄•ω•⁄ ⁄)
- The mouth sets the moodWith the same eyes, ᴗ looks happy, ﹏ looks sad, and 益 looks angry.
